The 24 Hrs. of Le Mans: an astounding race!
The 24 Hrs. of Le Mans took place on June 11 and 12. For this legendary event, an impressive system was put in place: the Enterprise, Van G, Van B, and the RF semi.
The 24 Hrs. of Le Mans is THE endurance race par excellence. Drivers from around the world compete each year with the hope of winning this race once in their life. More than a race, it has become a gathering place for all automobile enthusiasts, more than 238,000 of whom attended last year.
The Enterprise produced the international signal, Van G rebroadcast the event live on Web TV for Peugeot, Van 5 handled the image production for Eurosport, and the RF semi managed the On Board cameras.
This year again, the battle raged between Peugeot and Audi... You were able to follow this battle Saturday at 2:45 pm on France 3 and on Eurosport for the start, and then at 8:30 pm (all night long) on Eurosport. Then, for the final, an appointment was set for 1:30pm on Eurosport and 2:25pm on France 3.
