AMP Visual TV

Three new studios at the Plaine Saint Denis

Les studios 210

Just a stone's throw from the Studios 107, the AMP VISUAL TV Group is commissioning a new site: the Studios 210. Two studios of 830 m2, one studio of 370 m2, decor storage areas, thirty dressing rooms...all designed for maximum comfort and work rationalisation. The sense of service goes without saying.

It is ideally located on the site of EMGP; it has preserved its characteristic brick facades, but on the inside it has been fitted out with the best facilities for fulfilling its new mission: TV filming.

The size of the 210 building allowed us to create 3 studios which all meet today's production standards (10.30 m height below grid, fully adapted air-conditioning system etc.) and increase the Group's studio capacity by 20%. Studios 1 and 2 have an identical surface area (830 m2), whereas studio 3 covers 370 m2. Together, they will provide greater scheduling flexibility.

In addition to the three studios, the site has been designed to optimise functional services. Firstly, a series of 24 dressing rooms (including 5 VIP) is laid out by zone. This layout will make it possible to organise the space efficiently so as to provide the different productions with total confidentiality and privacy. There are three lounges for relaxing or holding production meetings.

Public traffic is separated by studio and a catering area enables teams to eat on site and therefore gain time.

The studios will be serviced by OB production vans with their own covered zone and a platform providing direct access to the studios. Furthermore, the site is pre-cabled for the use of portable production units (PPU).

Just to remind you, the AMP VISUAL TV Group has twenty studios: the Studios 107, Rive Gauche, Deux cent dix (210), Les Lilas, Paris Sud, Quarante neuf (49) and the Studio Gabriel.
